Rankings of normal Humans who try to be super heroes:

1: Captain America

5: Iron Fist
6: Nomad

8: Moon Knight
9: Mockingbird
10: Black Widow

As you can see this list combines DC and Marvel. I have two points to address:

A: I know about the super soldier serum but Nomad and Cap are basically regular
guys.

B: I didn't consider extraneous super powers like the Iron Fist or DD's super
senses.
