There is no way that Charles Xavier is more powerful than the Vision. If you don't believe me, stand them up against one another. The minute Charles tries to Psi blast a machine, he's gonna get his poor, widdle head flattened as well as buffed. Now that I think about it, the Vision should probably be placed ahead of Iron Man also. Since Iron Mans power is totally derived from his armor, he's got a real handicap 'cause we all know what happens to electronics when someone phases through them (ala Kitty Pride).
