doeas anyone out there in net.cook land have a recipe for REALLY GOOD
coconut cream pie? not coconut custard pie, mind you, but cream pie?
I have been served some really outstanding examples when i lived with
a Samoan family if California...but they guard their recipes more closely
that the virtue of their daughters! what I'm looking for is a recipe
that produces a really thick, rich, cream filling that doesn't "weep"
while in the pie pan.
