	My wife and I are trying to loose some excess pounds and
    we are looking for some tasty, low calorie recipes.  I am
    especially interested in Mexican and/or Italian dishes.
    If any of you netlanders can be of some assistance, it would
    be appreciated.

	Please send your low-cal recipies to me via electronic mail and
    if there is enough interest, I will post a summery to the net.
