Lines: 10 I have two books that I would recommend Mrs Chiang's Sechuwan (sic) CookBook -- Not too many recipes, but I have everything I have ever made out of it has been great. A great book. (Blue cover with someone cooking on the front.) 1001 Chinese Dishes (or something like that) -- An excellent general purpose Chinese cookbook. It tells you how the basic preparation and then tells you many ways to vary the dish.
