I believe that Berke Breathed used the term "offensensitivity" in his
syndicated comic strip "Bloom County."  You folks may still claim
priority if you like.

It's hard to say whether Reagan's quip offended or alarmed people.  It
seems to me to have been a perfectly normal, expected utterance under
the circumstances.

And I'm still alarmed.
