The impression it leaves >> is, "Gosh, we're all too stupid to make reasonable objections to Reagan's >> stands on complex issues, but we'll bray real loud if he says anything >> even brain-damage cases like us can see is dumb!" While I may be morally oppossed to sensible discussion in net.flame, I can't help but applaud the above response. Nothing makes me more upset than to see a bunch of gawdawful stupid arguments brought forth from "my" side of the fence. I'm not terribly wild about the democratic ticket but I'm terribly unwild about the present facade. Speaking of real things to bitch about, Senator Laxalt is one of the best targets in the Raygun camp. Being known as the President's closest f[r]iend in the senate, and being the next man Raygun would like to see on the Supreme Court (if an opening appears), this man is worth looking into. Funny thing, all paths of inquiry lead back to the same thing, organized crime in Las Vegas. Raygun seriously trusts this fellow and *that* gives you some idea of his impaired judgement. George Tatge
