What you need is 
	(1) the DNIC (3020) and 
	(2) the site number (the DATAPAC address).

For example, using Telenet, with prompt is "@", your line for a
collect call is:
 
	@ C 0302012345678 + userdata

	where
	@	is the GTE Telenet command prompt
	C	is the connection request
	0	is the international call prefix
     3020	is the Data Network Id Code (DNIC) for DATAPAC
 12345678	is the DATAPAC host address
	+	required if you send user data
 userdata	up to 12 chars.
