	Would anyone out there happen to have a program or even an
algorithm for computing the (absolute or relative) position of a
satellite at a particular time, given the Keplerian orbital elements?  
I'd appreciate a copy of it, if that's possible.  If there seems to
be a demand for it, I'll post a copy to the net (if I ever get one! :-))
