Please don't Cc: or direct messages intended for INFO-HAMS to
HamRadio^.ES at XEROX.  That address is on the INFO-HAMS mailing list
so it will receive your messages directed to Info-Hams at SIMTEL20 (or
net.ham-radio on the usenet side).  Including HamRadio^.ES causes
everyone on that list to receive the message twice.
