Gopstein I am interested in listening to satelites. I have been able to hear Oscar 9, 10, and 11. I am a bit confused though: What modulation technique is used on these Oscar satelites? I assumed that they would be the same as the RS satelites (sideband), but the little information I was able to find suggested that they transmit NBFM (narrow band FM?). Is this just on the beacons, or also the transponders? Where can I find out this info in the future? If they really do use FM, is it possible to receive them (Oscar 9 at least) on a hand held assuming I had a good circularly polarized antenna? Thanks in advance, Rich -------
