I'm a summer student at Bell Labs getting my degree
(B.S. in Math/CompSci) in December. I'll be looking for work 
in UNIX (and C) systems software and applications development. 

What with AT&T's budget cutbacks, the possibility of working 
at the Labs has lessened. Therefore, if you know of companies involved 
in the work mentioned above,whether or not you work at one of them, 
please send me their names so I can get in touch with them. 

The geographic areas I'm most interested in are: 
Pacific Northwest (esp. Portland), California (Bay area,
San Diego), New Jersey and the Chicago 
metropolitan area.

Please send replies to me. If warranted I'll summarize
