I don't know if it still reads the same, but Ontario used to have a
law which in the same sentence prohibited:
(i) Throwing garbage on the highway
(ii) riding a horse furiously on the highway
(iii) hitchhiking.
I've never been able to figure out what these heinous practices are
supposed to have in common.
