My favorite is that the /etc/nologin message to tell users that
login's are disabled is typed after the first (from getty) login
prompt.  User's sometimes take the message personally since it
came out only after they typed their account name.  My favorites
are:
	Page Fault Quota Exceeded -- Login denied.
and
	The Department of Defense has determined that your
	continued use of this machine would constitute a
	threat to national security.  Your account has been
	disabled.
