Another question:  "If I were to ask you the correct way to Oz, which
                    way would you tell me?"

Case 1: the truthful witch: QED.

Case 2: the untruthful witch:  The way she would tell Dorothy would be
        the wrong way.  Since the question is posed as "If I were to ask...",
        she must lie again here, and point Dorothy in the right direction.

With this question, Dorothy doesn't have to compliment the answer.  However,
it assumes that the untruthful witch is smart enough to lie properly.
