Speaking of the "Crash of the B-1 not slowing it down," the national
news the other night had a story about the ship that was rammed in 
the Engish Channel.  The video was showing a shadowy hulk, completely
underwater, and the announcer was saying,

"... The ship was severely damaged last week..."
	     
Severely Damaged???!!! That's like saying Jimmy Hoffa has been misplaced...
Ah'm jest a po' No' Dakota fahm boah, but our term for this is "Sunk."
(Not that North Dakota has enough water to cover anything...)

While I have your attention, when I worked at a FM radio station in ND a
few years back.  One of the other announcers was a real cowboy, even down to
working at rodeos in the summer.  He had a little problem with              
pronunciation, usually just making a guess.  Anyway, I caught
his news show one night, when there was a news story about contaminated 
water:

"Microscopic Orgasms have been found ..."

Must have been an interesting study.


			   "If ignorance is bliss, why aren't there more
			    happy people???"
