Perhaps the way to eliminate the "...it's a hardware problem"
(alleged) joke is to limit new CS students to rsh's with all
net.* submissions sent to dev/null for the first semester.  It
could work.

The justification joke:

	Q: How many Californian WASPS does it take to change a
lightbulb?

	A: Two.  One to mix the margaritas and one to call the
electrician.
