Everybody always forgets about the Saturday Night Live muppets.
(Scred, The mighty Phfaug, ... )

I think Scred would be better than Gonzo for the Rif-Raf part.  

I also think that Bert from Sesame street should get Brad's role.  Bert is
even straighter than Kermit - and sooooo boring.  The Count could be 
Frank-n-furter and Kermit could be Rocky.  It could work.
