    Supposedly, here in Atlanta (or maybe one of the suburbs, like
College Park) it is still illegal to:

	Drive a motor-car through town unless preceded by a
	man on a horse, swinging a red lantern.

    This was, I guess, to avoid frieghting the horses with the noise
of the "motor-car".
