In Toledo, it is illegal to throw a reptile at your neighbor.

In Kansas City, it's illegal to ride your elephant down Main Street.

Somewhere (I don't remember exactly where), there was a law put on
the books around 1920 that you couldn't back into your driveway.
Around 1940, they passed a law that you couldn't back your car into
the street.  If you don't have a circular driveway, too bad...
