	A: Twelve -
		One to read the man page for chlb,
		Three to help interpret the man page,
		Two to run tests on chlb, to find out how it REALLY works,
		Four to fight over what Richie & Thompson, Kernighan & Pike,
			etc. say about changing lightbulbs,
		and Two to find someone who's changed lightbulbs before.


	Q: How many VMS users does it take to change a lightbulb?

	A: None - you can't change lightbulbs under VMS.
