We are using Berkeley's Caesar as the layout editor, which, in turn, uses Lyra as the design rule checker. We have a file cmos-pw.r file (in lisp) to specify the design rules to Lyra, but we have not added all the modifications to handle the second metal rules (specifically, the intersection of Metal2, poly and metal). In addition, we would like to change from 2lambda = 3micron to 1lambda = 1micron. Is there anyone that has the corresponding lisp file for Lyra? Thank you very much in advance.
