I, and Multics, DO NOT require/guarantee that the header in the text
retain the identical form that the user edits it into.  In fact, if the
user tries to add certain fields that we reserve as envelope
reflections, we rename the fields.  (We add X- to the front).  Thus it
seems that Mr.  C.  and I agree, but that I accidently implied that I
agreed with an feature that I don't.
