A couple of years ago I remember reading a book entitled "LAWS OF
FORM", it outlined a very powerful calculus in a very formal
manner. I remember playing with it and wished I had more time to
explore its great potential.  The book was loaned to somebody who
never bothered to return it.

I would like to buy it again but cannot remember the author or the
editor.

Has anybody ever read the book and has a copy from which I could
receive the publishers address ?

I would also be interested in people's comments on the 'calculus'
described in said book.  That is, if anybody has ever read it.
