While this is probably due to my inexperience with
the IBM-PC, I'm wondering if there is any way
to change the standard attribute bits used by
the color adapter so that regular DOS and
other output that comes to the display can
have its color changed.  It seems that
it's white now (really a sort of pink) and
I would prefer it to be intense white (0f rather
than 07).  If this is due to hard code in the
ROM, is there any way to overcome it?
