Better still, tin them with solder containing a small amount of silver. That should eliminate your random re-bootings. I'm still using a Mod I. I've installed the Omikron Mapper and run CP/M 2.2 almost exclusively. With the TRSCPM (or is it CPMTRS) program, you can copy TRSDOS-format files to CP/M format.
