The Grateful Dead will be touring this fall starting with an
unconfirmed set of four or five shows in the Bay area around
the end of September.  The confirmed shows (since I will be
out of the country, I haven't memorized the dates) are all on
the East Coast and include Richmond, Hartford, Augusta, Meadowlands,
and a few others, some with multiple nights.

Tickets are available now by mail order only, for the entire tour
only (the "Dead Pass"...something like $160 for I think about 13
shows).  Tickets for individual shows may be on sale by mail order
in the near future.

For the most up-to-date and accurate information, call the Grateful
Dead West Coast Hotline at (415) 457-6388.  That gives tour info,
the secondary number to call to get ticket ordering info, and also
the number of the East Coast Hotline (in NJ) that I haven't bothered
to memorize.

I will be in the Arctic during the tour.  If anyone plans on taping
these shows, please let me know, I'd love to trade....
