Lines: 29 Just wanted to add Duane Allman to this ever-growing list of names. I may have missed it, but I have not seen his name yet, to my surprise. Eric Clapton once said he was the greatest guitarist he had ever seen. Guess he really though enough of him to invite him to help with the "Layla" effort. So, here's to the memory of Duane! I too feel Eddie Van Halen deserves a good deal of credit. He has popularized some old styles of pick-hand hammerons and really is a master of his instrument.
