This one is really peculiar.  We've been getting duplicates from ucbvax,
but both articles arrive via the same path.  Here's a sample.  Two days ago,
we got this:

    Path: wivax!decvax!ucbvax!daemon
    From: daemon@ucbvax.UUCP
    Newsgroups: fa.info-vlsi
    Subject: Re:  Inactive List
    Message-ID: <1790@ucbvax.UUCP>

Then yesterday, we rejected this as a duplicate:

    Duplicate article <1790@ucbvax.ARPA> rejected
    Path: wivax!decvax!ucbvax!upstill

Are there really two machines out there named ucbvax?  I doubt it.  Could
someone check to see whether these two articles are the same?  I can't
because the second one was rejected, but on a standard 2.10 news system
they should both have been accepted.
