I've noticed that "mod.ber" seems to be *very* quiet; in fact, there haven't been any articles in it since early August (at least, the modification times in the directories seem to indicate that). Did I miss an rmgroup message or vacation announcement (or whatever), or is there a problem in getting the group distributed again? I thought "mod.ber" was pretty successful, so I miss it. (Unlike "net.mag", which seems to be a failure.) If this is a dumb question (or if you just want to say "Yeah, we haven't gotten anything lately either"), please *MAIL* your response to me; I'll followup to the net if it's worthwhile. If the group has been nuked, then the newsgroup listing from the "logical alb" (Spaf) ought to be updated; "mod.ber" is still listed in the 31-Aug-84 version of it. Thanks, and...
