Then you must believe that every arms control agreement negotiated in the past twenty-five years is impractical and inpracticable, since Reagan has opposed every one of them. Never mind that most of them have worked quite well, and that even an indisuputable hawk like Jeanne Kirkpatrick has said that the so-called "violations" of arms control agreements by the Soviets are really differences in interpretation. I'd like an example of an arms control agreement Reagan would support. So far there are none; he's never met an arms control agreement he liked. Mike Kelly
