If you are reading this, you are doing something about it.  New forms
of communication like netnews and teletext are quickly making old
institutions obsolete: central government, banking, the school system,
the monetary system, automobiles, the nuclear family ... you name it.
(This also explains the rash of libertarianism in this newsgroup.  Its
value is that it challenges our existing, rigid forms of organization.)

When nations cease to exist, the responsibility for warfare will revert
to individuals and gangs.  Hope that heartens you.
