The weather was clear for almost the entire convention. Unlike the USPA Nationals Boogie in Muscogee the Freak Brothers Convention had more than adequate air support. They had (5) DC-3s and (2) Twin Otters for most of the convention. It was easy to make 4-5 skydives each day. A total of 310 loads were flown, with a total of 10205 jumps. There were more than 1500 skydivers registered. I believe that the largest completed formation was a 36 way hexa-wedge organized by Sammy Ramos and Al Kruger of Perris Valley California. It's hard to be sure of this because there was so much going on. The most dramatic sequential skydive that I participated in was a 4 point 20 way organized by Vick Thompson. It started with a penta-donut and ended with a 20 way donut. I believe that the largest completed night formation was a 2 point 16 way organized by Sammy Ramos. Gary Hansen D7703
