Silva Hardware (Philadelphia) is certainly the best all around
source for tools at excellent prices.  Catalog used to be $0.50,
but may be more now.  They are a serious outfit.  No pruchases in
a year results in no catalog the next, not a flurry of mail telling
you how sorry they will be to cut you off their list!

Their (small) ad can occationally be found in Fine Woodworking.
