Have you checked at a local Morman genealogical library to see if they
have microfilms of those censuses in Salt Lake City?  I know for 
example that they have the Chautauqua County censuses for 1855 up to
at least 1875.  Look in both the card catalog microfilm and in the
update microfiche.
