But there is also a phenomenon that has nothing to do with marriage: singles tend to socialize with singles, and couples, married or not, with couples. I think it's common for a single to feel like the ``odd'' person when with a couple or couples, and vice versa; two people who are already ``paired'' may well find a group of singles to be on an entirely different wavelength. -Ed Hall decvax!randvax!edhall
