I think a female looks best with ALL body hair below the nose
in front shaved, and below the shoulder blades in back cut.
There is no right or wrong here, just opinions.

On makeup, I frequently take my date(s) to the beach - the water & waves
give them that freshly scrubbed, no-makeup look which I find best.
