Let's try using the term "that Maurer boy" and see how he likes it.
Maybe we should also mispell it. How about "that Mauler boy"?
Hey, as long as I am understood it doesn't matter, right?

I think the courtesy of calling people as they prefer to be called
outweighs the courtesy of calling people what you want to call them,
unless you don't care how they react to you.

Why is this in net.singles?
