	PHANTASIA  FOR  WITHOUT  'XSTR'

-	does  not  work
-	creates  core  dump
-	gives  error  core  if  you  use  'make  install'  and  reply
	'y'  (or  anything  else  for  that  reason)  to  the  question
-	causes  no  echo  (stty  echo  cures)
-	wastes  space
