Um, I thought that Drax (in "Armageddon Factor") was calling the Doctor
"Phi" (pronounced "Fee" in this case).

According to the John Nathan-Turner interview I saw last night, the new
theme music was his idea, one of the first changes he made when he took
over the producer spot.  Wanted to make the music more synthetic
sounding, or something like that.
