[ your indulgance for any spelling mistakes ]

According to Terrance Dicks who wrote the 5 Drs the orginal version of 
the script assumed that Baker was going to be in the show. Acoording to 
him Baker was to be the one to Trans-mat to the Council Chamber and who's
mind would have been taken over by Borusha. Peter Davison would have stayed
in the Tardis most of the show.
