Always do what you're best at! ] I feel I must make comment. "Dr Who in America" did seem to be, more or less, "Tom Baker in America". However, for many people in the US, Tom is the ONLY DOCTOR they know (Unfortunate, isn't it?)! Yes, there are 6 other actors who are recogized as The Doctor by many people (Bill Hartnell, Pat Troughton, Jon Pertwee, Peter D., Colin B., and also by some Peter Cushing...although not by me...8-) ), but for the most part Americans have only seen Tom. How many years did WOR in NY (now Secaucus) show seasons 12-15?? BTW, the documentary was mostly filmed in June, 1983...BEFORE the 20th anniversary, BEFORE Davison and the latest set of Pertwee episodes were available here, and BEFORE "The Five Doctors". The interviews with Tom were shown uncut at a convention I attended earlier this year. The girl asking the questions sounded nice enough, even when the planes were louder than anything else....8-) -- -The Parker Hobbit UUCP: {allegra, seismo}!rochester!rocksvax!sunybcs!hobbit or try decvax!sunybcs!hobbit "When your song is over and the words have all been sung We'll hold on to the meaning.
