Well, I looked through "Doctor Who: A Celebration" and I couldn't find an
address for the offices of the show (if they have their own office) or for
the BBC.  However, here are the addresses for The Doctor Who Appreciation
Society (in England) and the Doctor Who Fan Club of America, where you should
be able to get more info.  I'm posting this because I feel it is of interest
to everyone (every Doctor Who fan, that is, but who else is there? :-)
