A friend (different from the one who observed that the Dr. Who
theme sounded like the bass for "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" sped
up) has come up with a far more plausible overlay on the Dr.
Who theme--Uriah Heep's "Easy Livin'." (I was astonished too,
but it seems to work.)

Re Turlough--he reminds me of the Git family's son, Sniveling
Rat-Faced, in the Monty Python sketch.
