Anyway, I tried it out. I got the time (from gettimeofday(), sent the signal, printed a message with the time, and exited. The receiver was busywaiting. When it got the signal, it trapped, got the time, printed it, and exited. The load was app. 0.5. Anyway, The signal was received in app. 2/100 sec.
