On a VAX 11/730 system running 4.1BSD, I keep getting silo overflows
if data is presented to any of the ports continuously at baud rates
beginning at 1200 baud.

Has anybody else had the same problem? Is the cause known? Is a bug
fix available? Does the problem go away under 4.2BSD?
