This has nothing to do with satellites; it can happen with any video signal passing through a TBC. Since L.A. SelecTV has nothing whatever to do with satellites, that sorta lets out the "satellite theory"... --Lauren-- P.S. By the way, while it isn't widely know, L.A. ONTV (about 250,000 subscribers) has been bought out by L.A. SelecTV (About 45,000 current subscribers or something like that). They will both operate concurrently for one year.
