	I am looking for a timeout program for 4.2bsd Unix that is somewhat
knowledgable about pty's and networks.  It has to solve the EMACS and Maryland
windows problems with previous timeout programs (inability to trace interactive
child processes back to the controlling tty).  It needn't be an exceedingly
cerebral solution.
