We have two vaxen, both 11/750, one, wjvax, running 4.2 bsd,
the other running VMS.  (What version?  Who cares?)  The VMS
people want to get on Usenet, but lack the necessary software.
I say run Unix or suffer, but the whines are getting to me. :-)

Can anyone help?
