Wine labels can be soaked off in hot water, and put on a paper towel front down to dry. If curles or wrinkled they can be ironed!
Many wineries now use synthetic glues that won't come off in water.
Most of these come off if you put some ammonia in the water.
Some will never come off, and you will just have to give up, unless
you want to save the bottle too, but this makes the album
somewhat bulky :-).

PS An acquintance of mine once had a very fine wine which he
had never heard of before in a small, inexpensive restaurant
somewhere in rural America. After dinner he asked the
waitress if she could take the label off the bottle.
She replied "sure", and went back to the kitchen with the
empty bottle. Five minutes later she came back with the
bottle, now devoid of label. True story!
